Ch4 Β· Engine A β€” The Fullness Grind

← Back to The Ride You Control β€” Woman on Top

Start with the engine your body probably already knows. It deserves to be written out in full, because most women stumbled into it once and never understood what they did β€” which means they can't get back to it on purpose.

The motion

You don't lift at all. You press your weight down and forward into him, and you grind β€” your hips tilting forward so the front of you rakes against the base of him. Let your legs come a little wider than feels natural. The motion is a slow forward circle, or a forward-and-back drag, with the pressure held down the whole time. Think of grinding the heel of your hand slowly into a sore muscle β€” that kind of pressing, rolling pressure, not a tapping.

Where does all that sensation go? Mostly into the outer lips β€” the soft folds on the outside, the part doctors call the labia. They get pressed flat and dragged as you move. And as he shifts under you, there's a steady tug on the whole ring of your opening, a pulling on the tissue.

The honest part β€” why it works, and what it isn't

Here's the honest mechanism, and it matters that it's honest, because half the confusion about this position comes from getting it wrong.

This is not direct rubbing of the clitoris. The fullness grind works indirectly, and there's a clean physical reason. When tissue is pressed and held β€” clamped and dragged rather than stroked head-on β€” the sensation reaches the clitoral nerves through the surrounding tissue, broadened and softened on the way, instead of striking the head of the clitoris straight on. Clinically it's the same family as any traction-and-pressure contact: it pulls and compresses rather than rubs a point. So what you feel is a wide, pressing, warm fullness β€” not a bright, sharp spark. That's not a flaw. It's the whole character of this engine.

If what you want is the head of the clitoris pressed directly β€” that sharp, focused contact β€” that's a different position. That's him sitting up, you pressed chest-to-chest against him, your clitoris right on his pubic bone. That's a cousin of this book, and it's where direct clitoral grinding really lives. The upright ride you're learning here trades that sharpness for fullness β€” and for everything standing upright gives you: the control, the swing, the view of him. Don't try to drag the seated grind onto the upright ride. You'll lose both. Run this engine for what it is.

How to actually do it

The mechanics are easier felt than mapped, so here's a picture to carry. Think of your outer lips as a boat, and your clitoris as the boatman riding inside it. You're not poking at the boatman directly. You're moving the boat, and he rides along. Press down, tilt forward, circle slowly.

Let him help in a small way that doesn't wreck it: his hands on your hips, a small push up into your press down, the two of you moving slowly in circles. His push up into your weight down deepens the pressure without either of you jackhammering. The result, for a lot of women, needs no fancier word than the one they reach for: it feels heavenly.

One safety note

Keep the circle slow. The circling is a way to vary the rhythm β€” it is not a race to a finish. And there's a real reason beyond feel: a fast, forceful grind or circle on a rigid erection is exactly the kind of motion that can injure him (there's a whole short chapter on this later). The slow circle is both the safer one and the better-feeling one. So slow isn't a compromise here. Slow is the engine running right.
