1. Subscription Cancellations 

www.suniia.com operates on an auto-renewing subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To prevent being billed for the next cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel immediately by navigating to the "My Account" section of the platform or by contacting our 24/7 support team at: support@suniia.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the digital library and your email Q&A support until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility & The Digital Content Exemption To protect the nature of our digital media, we enforce a strict refund policy in accordance with global digital goods regulations (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • The Exemption: By subscribing, logging into your account, and accessing or viewing our premium digital tutorials and media, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you immediately lose your right to withdrawal and your right to a refund.
  • Refunds are only granted in the rare event of a technical billing error (e.g., duplicate charges) or if you have never logged into the platform following your initial purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances Please be advised that we strictly do not issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Prorated Refunds: We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Any physical goods or services acquired from our third-party e-commerce partners using digital loyalty vouchers are strictly non-refundable through www.suniia.com.
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to bypass Geo-Blocks via VPN, or attempting unauthorized downloads of our media) forfeit all rights to a refund.

4. Dispute and Chargeback Policy We are committed to resolving all billing issues amicably and efficiently.

  • If you do not recognize a charge on your statement (appearing as SUNIIA SUB CAN), you agree to contact our 24/7 support team at support@suniia.com before contacting your bank, so we can assist you directly.
  • Please note that because unjustified chargebacks significantly harm digital platforms, initiating a dispute without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account and the voiding of any accumulated loyalty vouchers. To contest invalid disputes, we are obligated to provide your issuing bank and the payment processors with account access logs, IP data and the acceptance of these Terms to verify the transaction.
